Work duties include:
Installing Caulking in expansion, contraction and control joints in interior and exterior masonry (brick, block, stone, precast, stucco and concrete), door frames, windows, louvers, coping joints, concrete paving joints, saw cuts, EIFS and hard coat stucco joints. Utilizing silicone, polyurethane and acrylic base sealants. Also the removal of caulking and prepping joints to be recaulked.
Requirements:
- 2 years (preferred) caulking experience in commercial construction, but willing to train.
- Must be willing to work in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas, and the possibility of out of state work.
- Must be able to get clearance for Government base jobs.
- Must pass a drug test (including Marijuana).
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to speak English

Responsibilities:
Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stage, and man lifts at various heights safely
Must be able to tolerate heights of buildings, work on a swing stage and areal lifts.
Bring problems to the attention of the Caulking Foreman Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to schedule with minimal supervision
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites
Must be able to carry (50 plus pounds)materials, scaffolding, ladders, weights, rigging equipment, etc..
Follow direction from the Caulking Foreman, maintain a clean jobsite and truck

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
